Domestic Shipping Rates (Singapore)

• We offer complimentary door-to-door delivery for orders above S$55.
  **Note: Effective from 10 October, free shipping applies for orders above S$55, instead of S$50.
• For orders below S$55, shipping fee of S$5 applies.
• You should receive your order within 5-7 working days, with the exception of backorders (3-8 weeks)

Exchange

• We're committed to making good design accessible to all. If you'd like to make an exchange, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition with tags securely fastened.
• We only accept exchanges and do not offer any refunds at this point of time.
• If you wish to exchange for an item of higher price (than the original price of the bought item), a top-up to match the item is required.

Backorder

• Please note that Back-order items will take anytime between 3-6 weeks to be delivered to you.
