Shipping, Exchange & Backorder

Domestic Shipping Rates (Singapore)

• We offer complimentary door-to-door delivery for orders above S$55
  
• For orders below S$55, shipping fee of S$5 applies.
• You should receive your order within 5-7 working days, with the exception of backorders or preorders (3-8 weeks)

Exchange due to change of mind:

• Please ensure that you are comfortable with the bag size, colour and design before purchasing. As return shipping for bulky items can be costly, we encourage customers to message us if they need more details before placing an order.
• We offer no refund.
• We accept only exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, with the following conditions:
  • Buyers will need to bear the return postage cost
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Exchange of the same price item or lower will be processed after the item is received and inspected

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an item that is: defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with photos. We will assist you the soonest possible.

Backorder

• Please note that Back-order items will take anytime between 3-8 weeks to be delivered to you.
